This is an adaptation of Michael Sanders’ fantastic tabletop role play game Monster of the Week, based off of monster-of-the-week style television shows. The adaptation is combined with the mythology of the Harry Potter universe, created by J. K. Rowling. The purpose of this adaptation is purely for enjoyment of fans of both properties and is not produced for profit. I am not endorsed, nor do I own any rights, to Monster of the Week or Harry Potter materials. All such rights are owed to the respective creators and copyright holders of each material, including Michael Sanders and J. K. Rowling respectively.
In the PDF you’ll find new and adapted playbooks, as well as a new action called Advanced Magic and other tips for how to integrate the game into the Harry Potter universe.
The rules of the game, Game Master instructions, and general how-to for Monster of the Week has been left out of this adaptation. It is recommended that you purchase and play Monster of the Week before attempting this adaptation. In addition, explicit details of Harry Potter plot and characters have been left out of this book.
